Our story began on April 1, 2000, with roots established by Innovative Maintenance Solutions Inc., better known as IMS, founded by Roy Hill Sr. Roy spent 18 hardworking years making IMS the best property maintenance provider in the greater Sacramento area. He aspired to fulfill his mission, the same mission we have today - to focus on being the best in delivering service, to improve the lives and businesses of those we connect with and serve others the way we would want to be served.
After his unexpected passing in 2017, his sons, Roy Hill, Jr. and Ryan Petree, who worked at IMS since the beginning, picked up where he left off. They decided to embrace the tragedy the family endured and create something positive, new and exciting that would honor their father and his accomplishments.
This would come in the form of a new company and brand, taking the values, experience and knowledge from IMS and using it to create ELITE SERVICE EXPERTS. The design of the logo incorporates the symbolism of the Phoenix, a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. The legacy Roy Hill Sr. created for his family does not end with IMS but was reborn with ELITE.
